We are obligated to spend 90% (~$17,438) in room revenue.
All rates are non-commissionable and subject to 12.28% tax + 13.5% resort fee (VAB) / 8.5% (GHH). Please note that the prices indicated within the hotel booking portals includes the resorts fees, but excludes tax.
Payment & Deadlines
Cut-Off Date: June 29, 2026 - all rooms must be reserved and paid for by this date. Any room not booked by this date will be released for sale to the general public. Group rate can be utilized for additional rooms requested after the cutoff, if available.
Credit card accepted (or company check if paying with Master Account); late payments can result in cancellation.
Attrition, Obligation & Cancellation
We are obligated to fill at least 90% of the total room-night value (~50 of 55 room nights / ~$17,438 of obligation).
Cancellation penalties:
If we cancel... we owe...
365-91 days before arrival 75% of total room revenue (~$14,531)
90-31 days before arrival 90% of total room revenue (~$17,438)
30 days or less 100% of total room revenue ($19,375)
No-shows / early departures are charged for the full stay.
Included Concessions
Pre-/post-stay: Group rates honored up to three (3) days before and after, based on availability. These additional rooms reserved do not count toward the 90% obligation.
Wi-Fi: Complimentary in guest rooms.
Fees & Policies
Resort Fee: 13.5% (VAB) • 8.5% (Gravity Haus)
Parking: $40/day valet-only (VAB) • $25/day self-park (GHH)
Pet Fee: Pets not allowed (VAB) • $50/night per pet, max 2 (GHH)
Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM (late check-out available upon request and based on availability)
Housekeeping: Check-out clean only or on request (VAB) • Daily housekeeping (GHH)
Porterage: $20 per person (only if requested for luggage assistance).
Protections & Legal
Force Majeure: Covers major uncontrollable events (weather disasters, public-health emergencies, etc.).
Insurance & Liability: Each party is responsible for its own attendees and damages.
Governing Law: State of Colorado.
Next Steps for Family
Rooms will be held until June 29, 2026, after which they will be released for sale to the general public and may negatively impact our 90% obligation.
Each family will reserve and pay for their room directly using the booking links available throughout this website.
