Both properties are located at the base of Peak 9 and just steps from downtown Breckenridge, offering the perfect blend of mountain charm and modern comfort. Guests will enjoy easy access to Main Street’s shops, restaurants, and hiking trails—all within walking distance.

The Village at Breckenridge
Condo-style accommodations ranging from studios to multi-bedroom units, each featuring a full kitchen or kitchenette and living area. Resort amenities include indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and on-site dining.
Gravity Haus Breckenridge
A modern, boutique hotel offering upscale rooms, a lively atmosphere, co-working spaces, and a full-service restaurant and coffee bar. Gravity Haus is also pet-friendly (dogs welcome for an additional nightly fee).

The closest airports to Breckenridge are:
Denver International Airport (DEN) ~2 hour drive
Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) ~1 hour 30 minute drive
Nathan may monitor flight prices from some family departure cities. If you’d like help finding the best deal, reach out to Nathan. He will notify you when fares drop or when it’s a good time to book.
Most families will fly into Denver and rent a car for the scenic drive through the Rockies. Alternatively, shuttle services such as Epic Mountain Express provide direct transfers to the resort. Carpooling options may also be coordinated closer to the trip for those arriving on flights arriving at the same or similar times.
Garage and surface parking are available at The Village and Gravity Haus for a nightly fee. Details on parking passes are included with booking instructions. Review additional resort fee information.
From mountain adventures to relaxed downtime, this trip has something for everyone. One to three full-group activities will be planned. Rremaining free time will be open for individual exploration or smaller group activities.

Breckenridge’s Main Street offers boutique shopping, local breweries, and art galleries. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, biking, or paddleboarding at nearby Maggie Pond. A few activities in or near Breckenridge are listed below.
Stroll through downtown’s 200+ unique boutiques and galleries. Visit Blue River Plaza for its toddler sandbox and river views, or hop on the free town trolley for a charming tour of the colorful, Victorian-era storefronts that make the town so iconic.
Enjoy a free, scenic 13-minute ride from town to Peak 8. It offers stunning panoramic views of the Tenmile Range and is a great way to spot local wildlife like moose from your private, enclosed pod. It’s a peaceful, high-altitude journey perfect for adventurers of all ages.
Meet Isak Heartstone, a 15-foot wooden giant handcrafted from recycled materials by artist Thomas Dambo. The Trollstigen Trail is a very easy, 1/4 mile flat loop. It’s a quick 15-minute walk from the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, offering a magical photo op for the family!
Explore a real 1880s silver mine with a guided underground tour. Families can learn about local history, try panning for real gold in the stream, and even slide down an authentic 55-foot ore chute or visit the resident miniature donkeys for an Old West experience.
Located near the Ice Arena, this park features the massive Engine No. 9 locomotive. Kids will love the railroad-themed playground, complete with a "water tower" slide and a restored caboose. It’s a fantastic outdoor spot to explore Breckenridge’s rich narrow-gauge railroad history.
An easy, 0.6-mile flat loop offering incredible panoramic views of Dillon Reservoir and the surrounding peaks. It’s a short drive from town and famous for its very friendly chipmunks, making it a quick and memorable spot for a family photo op.

When not at a group event, families are encouraged to explore Breckenridge’s vibrant food scene - from cozy breakfast cafés to mountain-view restaurants. Many resort units include full kitchens, perfect for easy breakfasts or family meals in.
