We recommend reserving your room as soon as possible to secure your preferred room type.
The booking cutoff date is June 29, 2026; all rooms must be booked and paid for prior to this date.
Not exactly. You’re welcome to extend your stay up to three days before or after the core trip dates (July 31 – August 5) at the same rates, based on availability. At least a few family members, including Nathan, will likely be arriving in Breckenridge a day or two early; feel free to join if you’d like to make your trip a longer getaway!
Please note that room nights booked within three days pre- and post-stay do not count toward our 90% room block obligation.
Check-in is at 4 PM, and checkout is at 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested closer to your arrival or departure and is based on availability.
The front desk can store luggage if you arrive before check-in or depart after check-out.
Yes! Complimentary Wi-Fi is included in all guest rooms and common areas.
The Village at Breckenridge does not allow pets; however, Gravity Haus Breckenridge - located next door - is pet-friendly and welcomes dogs for an additional $50 per night. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure to reserve a Gravity Haus room when making your reservation.
Breckenridge is about a 2 hour drive from Denver International (DEN), and about 1 hour 30 minutes from Vail Eagle County (EGE). Shuttle and rental car options are available from both.
While Breckenridge is walkable and offers a free in-town shuttle, we recommend renting a car for flexibility and convenience. Several planned activities will require driving, and having a vehicle makes exploring nearby areas much easier.
To help save on rental costs, consider coordinating with other family members to carpool or share a larger vehicle from the airport.
Paid parking is available at both properties, but is not complimentary with a room reservation. The Village at Breckenridge offers valet-only parking for $40 per night, while Gravity Haus provides self-parking for $25 per night.
Expect sunny days in the 70s and cool evenings in the 50s. Bring layers, sunscreen, and a light jacket or coat for evenings or higher altitudes.
Breckenridge sits at roughly 9,600 feet, and altitude sickness is no joke! The best way to prevent it is to stay hydrated, avoid alcohol your first day, and take it easy while your body adjusts. Exercising before the trip, pacing yourself on arrival day, and bringing electrolyte packets can also make a big difference. We may also purchase oxygen cans to assist anyone feeling symptoms of altitude sickness.
Most mountain properties, including The Village and Gravity Haus, do not have traditional A/C but may have some A/C system. Temperatures drop significantly at night - opening windows or using fans usually keeps rooms comfortable.

Plan ahead: At 9,600 feet, even short hikes can feel tougher than expected. Allow extra time for activities and rest when needed.
